Manta Marine Services was born from the shared passion of Marlon and Geetanjali Lobo—two trailblazers from vastly different worlds, united by their love for the marine environment and the thrill of adventure. Their journey began with a transformative deep-sea diving expedition in the Maldives aboard a yacht, where seven days in the open ocean sparked a vision. Inspired by the grace of the majestic manta rays, they named their partnership Manta Marine Services—a tribute to the ocean’s gentle giants and the spirit of exploration.

A graduate of the prestigious JJ School of Arts, Geetanjali’s early career in Mumbai’s advertising and television industries saw her shaping brands for global giants like JWT, Sony Music, TV18, and FTV. Her creative instincts are matched by a deep spiritual curiosity—she’s a lifelong student of yogic sciences, mysticism, and holistic living.
At just 27, she launched her first export house, designing and manufacturing silver and gemstone jewelry. Her flair for branding and digital strategy led her to build multiple ventures, including:

Geetanjali blends commerce with consciousness. For six years, she taught yoga at dawn while running her businesses, and today she leads corporate wellness sessions. Her approach to life and leadership is rooted in harmony, intention, and a belief in the interconnectedness of all beings.

A native of Goa, Marlon graduated from F.H.R.A.I Institute of Hospitality Management, affiliated with the prestigious École Hôtelière de Lausanne. His culinary journey spans the Taj Group, Goa Marriott, and MSC Cruises in Italy, where he served gourmet cuisine to over 4,000 guests daily.
At 26, he co-founded an Indo-Italian pasta factory and launched The Goan Foodie, Goa’s definitive guide to fine dining. His consulting portfolio includes over 300 restaurants, offering end-to-end solutions—from sourcing ingredients to designing kitchens and menus.
