Our Metal Craft team builds and maintains the production facility and assembly units tailored to each project. Their expertise includes:

  • Cutting, grinding, polishing, and cleaning metal components

  • Fabricating and assembling boat parts with precision

Metal Craft & Fittings

Application of gel coat or layering of composite materials on a large boat mould for FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) construction.

FRP technology is central to modern boat building. Our team excels in:

  • Constructing fiberglass hulls and decks using advanced composites

  • Building custom moulds for hulls and marine components

  • Applying gel coats, sanding, and buffing for flawless finishes
